How it works
Step 1
Pick date & time
Choose your visit day and a one-hour pickup window. Shuttle service is first come, first served. We run pickups throughout your selected hour as capacity allows.
Step 2
From & To
Upper, Lower, and Rivermouth book online. Round trips use two reservations — see the note above the form.
Step 3
Pay & confirm
On operating days, pay with Visa or MasterCard online or when you board. April–early May and off-season: reserve or request — we confirm by phone.
Shuttle service may be delayed or cancelled due to weather or park conditions. The Michigan DNR is not responsible for weather-related delays or cancellations.
